African Elephant Adopts

On a gloomy Saturday morning we received an emergency call an elephant sanctuary. They were closing down they couldn't afford to keep the animals well fed. They had already gotten homes for all the adults and a few of the calves. Except for three of the calves that where severely injured they had only gotten the first two last Tuesday and the youngest elephant they had ever gotten yesterday. they needed help so we decided to help them.

The first two calves a male and female. We called the little male Eli and the little female Tangie. These calves got separated from their herd and attacked by a large pride of lions. Leaving them battered and scared. Locals located their herd. The sanctuary tried to return them to the herd but they didn't accept the calves. So now they are here and looking for good homes.
ON HOLD FOR

The youngest of the group's mother was a lone female held captive by villagers. The mother gave birth within the village. As she attempted to leave she accidentally knocked over a camp fire. Setting the village on fire. The little calf made a feeble attempt to run away. In doing so receiving severe burns to its lower body such as its legs feet and trunks. we Call him Timbo.
